Morning surgeries between 8.30am and 10.30am are ‘walk-in’ where no appointment is needed. You will still need to book in with the receptionist on arrival and she will allocate you a time slot to see the doctor. In these circumstances you may wish to leave the surgery and return at the pre-advised time. When you return please book in at the self check in point inside the main door. We do not accept telephone requests to book morning appointment slots.
Some of the morning appointments with the Advanced Nurse Practitioners can be booked online or over the telephone.
Afternoon surgeries are by appointment only. Appointments to see the doctor of your choice can be made by telephone, at the reception desk or on-line.
Extended Hours our practice has dedicated appointment slots for our patients to see a doctor at Dewsbury Health Centre on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings between 7pm and 9pm. Please tell our reception staff if you would like to book into an appointment at these times.
Evenings, Monday to Friday and Weekends we are part of a scheme which is funded by the 27 practices in North Kirklees where patients from all the practices are able to book an appointment to see a doctor (male or female) at Dewsbury Health Centre at the times below. This is on a first come first served basis and appointments can be booked in advance. Please tell our reception staff if one of these slots would suit you better.
