Our Guide to Online Access
Which appointments can I book?
You can book any evening appointment with a doctor or a daytime appointment with the phlebotomist (blood clinic). We are unable to offer nurse appointments on line as the duration of these appointments vary and need a receptionist to decide. Please telephone the surgery as usual.
How many online appointments can I book?
We need to ensure that we maintain good availability of the online appointments and for this reason the system will only allow 2 appointment bookings at the same time (including any existing pending appointments). If you require more than 2 appointments please telephone the surgery.
Can I book appointments for my family?
You will need to complete a separate application form called 'application for online access to services for another patient' - the form is below.
Will I get more choice if I telephone?
The evening appointment and blood clinic availability will be exactly the same online as via the telephone. It is our intention to ensure that online appointment booking is a workable alternative to telephoning.
